Virtual urgent care is an option for those in need of treatment for conditions severe enough for expedited medical treatment, but are not cause for an emergency room (ER) visit. Urgent care services are open beyond the hours of a typical primary care physician and are able to provide care during the week and on Saturdays.

Fast, convenient access to the care you need
A virtual urgent care appointment is a good option when you are not able to make a timely appointment with your primary care physician or if your condition is not serious enough to warrant a trip to the ER. CareNow® providers are available to quickly diagnose and treat a variety of minor illnesses, such as the flu, strep throat or 24-hour bugs. However, if you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, call 911 immediately. If you need to be seen in-person by a provider or specialist after a virtual urgent care, connect with our affiliated providers, visit ValleyRegionalMedicalCenter.com or call (956) 350-7300.
