Valley Regional Medical Center hosted its inaugural community Easter Celebration, including an Easter egg hunt and photos with the Easter bunny, on Monday, April 14, 2025. The event welcomed colleague families as well as community families to enjoy an event filled with fun, laughter and festive activities.
Children participated in an exciting egg hunt, searching for over 1,000 colorful eggs hidden throughout the front of the hospital grounds. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for families to create lasting memories while celebrating the Easter holiday. In addition to the egg hunt, families enjoyed the opportunity to take photos with the Easter Bunny, adding a special touch to the evening’s festivities.
"We are thrilled to bring this event to our community," said Laura Hees Garcia, vice president of operations for Valley Regional Medical Center. "It’s a great way for families to come together and enjoy a fun-filled evening while also connecting with our hospital staff in a safe and friendly environment."
